Meet the Owner

Hi, I’m Jonathan Brookshire, owner and operator of Partners Landworks based in Stephenville, Texas. 

 

I started this business with one goal in mind — to help people make their land work for them. We specialize in land clearing, dirt work, grading, driveways, culverts, ponds, demolition, and site preparation for residential, ranch, farm, and commercial properties across Erath County and the surrounding areas. Every project — big or small — gets my personal attention and commitment to quality results that last.

I grew up around heavy equipment, farm life, and hard work. From clearing brush and building ranch roads to large-scale grading and drainage projects, I’ve learned what it takes to move dirt efficiently and safely. That hands-on experience taught me the importance of precision, planning, and pride in every job — lessons I carry into every project today.

I earned my bachelor's degree in Agronomy from Tarleton State and my education gave me a strong understanding of soil science, drainage, and land management, which helps me plan and complete every project from the ground up.
